Salaam Home Health Care provides basic and intensive waiver services for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Our services include 24-hour emergency assistance, adult companion services, homemaking, individual community living support, individualized home supports, night supervision, personal support, respite care (in/out of home), and individualized home supports with training.
